Meyer Jabara Hotels and Vivid Capital co-hosted a commercial real estate networking event at the Zeppelin Rooftop Bar & Lounge in the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Nashville Downtown/Capitol District. The gathering brought together more than 70 industry professionals, including hotel developers, owners, consultants, franchise representatives, financiers, designers, and construction experts, to collaborate on active deals and explore new opportunities.
During the event, Justin Jabara, President of Meyer Jabara Hotels, emphasized that real estate and hospitality projects often materialize when professionals come together to share ideas and connections. He highlighted Nashville’s strong hotel development sector and noted that Meyer Jabara Hotels has been selected as the third-party manager for multiple projects in the metro area. Supporting this outlook, market data and tourism leaders pointed to the city’s rapid hotel revenue growth and thousands of rooms recently opened or under construction.
Spark HVA & Vivid Capital’s President, Jai B. Patel, emphasized that relationships are the true currency of business and praised the event’s role in fostering collaboration among like-minded professionals. Event sponsors, including representatives from The Gettys Group and Impetus Construction, echoed this sentiment, underscoring that such gatherings are essential to maintaining momentum and building meaningful partnerships.
Looking ahead, the series of networking events was positioned as an ongoing platform to convene the hospitality and real estate community, encouraging collaboration, deal-making, and new project growth.
