Hotel-Online covered a Nashville commercial real estate networking event co-hosted by Vivid Capital and Meyer Jabara Hotels at the Zeppelin Rooftop Bar and Lounge atop the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Nashville's Capitol District. The gathering brought together more than 70 hotel developers, owners, consultants, franchise representatives, financiers, designers, and construction professionals to share ideas and advance deals.
Jai B. Patel helped host the event through Vivid Capital.
SparkHVA Perspective
Hotel transactions move on relationships as much as on numbers. Bringing the right developers, capital, brands, and operators into the same room shortens the path from idea to closed deal.
Independent analysis fits naturally into that process, giving buyers, sellers, and lenders a credible read on value and feasibility so conversations rest on evidence. The strongest outcomes pair good relationships with disciplined underwriting.
